2. Environmental Health and Safety Management Support
  Training needs-analysis and training development
Providing responsible, relevant and reliable Environmental Health and Safety training programs to selected members of the organisation; from executive and senior-level management, to the members of the line staff. EHSS(EE) is uniquely qualified and fully capable of conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing training posture for the sole purpose of identifying training needs that will insure a total coverage of required competencies and statutory obligations.
Due diligence investigations, assessments and auditing
Assisting companies with the critical needs associated with due diligence assessments when engaging in business acquisitions, forecasted purchases, and/or joint ventures with third parties. Our focus is to examine the business risks associated with the organisations safety management structures, as well as the safety and asset protection infrastructure.
Post-acquisition EHS surveys and program development
Assisting companies in the development of proven strategies that will accelerate the implementation of corporate environmental health and safety requirements into newly acquired or developed facilities in Eastern Europe. The focus is to provide the necessary support that will lead to the measurable internal development of the organisation; with the long-term objective being to insure the company can become self-sufficient to continuing improvement.
Interim and bridging EHS management
Providing qualified and competent EHS management staff on an interim basis. These identified individuals are professional functional area experts, fully capable of providing the specialised mentoring and direct support needed to insure the organisation develops as quickly as possible. Business interruption assessment, special situations management and emergency management planning
Providing a full range of specialised support services that facilitates the process of identification and management of business risks caused by special, or emergency situations. EHSS(EE) provides direct support in relevant areas such as emergency management plan development, contingency planning, the design, development and delivery of performance-oriented training to identified members of special situations teams and lastly, effective liaison with market specific authorities and governmental agencies.
